This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor and is facing the ocean with a partial ocean view. A separate bedroom, bathroom with double vanity and shower, and a terrace complete the unit. Furthermore there is a large pool and sundeck in the garden, which is shared with the other 3 units.
The unit has an off street private parking behind the building.
Vila Inanda is a contemporary new building with four separate apartments located in a tranquil setting on the sunny south side of the island. It has been designed to maximise the magnificent ocean views from every room, while offering the ultimate relaxing retreat.
The Property is beautifully located on the hills of Ponta do Sol, the sunniest and warmest part of Madeira, with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a comfortable 40-minute drive from the airport, and is 5 minutes by car to the quaint yet vibrant village of Ponta do Sol, where you will find restaurants, pubs, a pebble beach, supermarket, pharmacy and petrol station. Ribeira Brava and Calheta are about 15 minutes away.
It is advisable to hire a car in Madeira to ensure you maximise the beautiful mountainous landscape. Scooters are also available for rent from STAY Madeira Island, located in the village of Ponta do Sol. (131791/AL)

Location
The property is located in the hills above Ponta do Sol approximately 40 minutes drive from the International Airport in Santa Cruz, Madeira. The property can be found in google maps under the name Villa Inanda, Ponta do Sol.
When you leave the airport take the highway to Funchal (VR1) and continue on this highway to Ribeira Brava for 33.8km. Take the off ramp into Ribeira Brava (VE3). Continue following VE3 for 5,2km until you arrive at the main circle in Ponta do Sol. On the circle take the first exit right, follow the road for 1km until the next circle, take the 4th exit on to ER222. Follow the road for 1.5km until you arrive at a 4-way crossing, turn right. After 300 meters take the first road left. Follow the road until you get to a T-crossing with Caminho do Piquinho. Go right into Caminho do Piquinho. Drive uphill, at the 4-way crossing go straight. After 200 meters you will see the Vila Inanda gate on your left

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
This unit cannot take extra guests, but has space for a baby. We charge Euro 10 per night for a baby and provide a baby cot, a matrass, linen, baby bath and a high-chair for that rate.
